Stayed there for a week three years ago and loved it. This time we were a bit disapponinted. The location and the beach is still fantastic but the hotel needs some maintanance. The spa was closed, sun chairs broken, no umbrellas at the pool and no sense of details as you are used to when travelling in Thailand. We had problem with electricity during night which made the AC not working. One morning we had no water. Breakfast is OK but for lunch and dinner go to the restaurants at he beach, they´re fantastic.
Beatiful, peaceful, location on an island with easy access to mainland. High standard hotel facility with good service and a wonderful breakfast included. Very long nice beach with few people. Only neagtive experience was the penalty fee of 2500 baht for loosing the metal key to the room in the ocean.
All staff were very kind and always willing to help.
