The Briza Beach Resort, newly Deluxe Resort in Khao Lak, Phang Nga located on a long stretch of unspoiled sandy of khao lak beach, which is only 50 minutes from Phuket Internation Airport and only 10 minutes strolling to khao Lak Lu Natural Park.

This hotel is at a beautiful location however is not in my opinion 4 star. No tour desk is available, just a book to look through and no hotel or location information in the room. The one restaurant is not a very good standard for lunch and dinner although breakfast is fair. No shuttle service is offered. When a hotel is refered to as a spa I would have expected more than two massage tables on the side of the beach. They tried to hide the drain smell in our bathroom after we complained but it did come back. They seemed to forget to order our airport transfer that we booked with front desk the day before departure but it eventually turned up half an hour late. There is just so much potential with just a little more effort. Of course it did not ruin our holiday. Plenty of eating places up the road and lovely bars on the beach further up.
The facilities and service are excellent. Extremely good impression and will definitely recommend others to stay.
