Ocean Breeze Resort Khaolak

We found this to be a favourite of our time in Thailand, rooms were excellent, much larger than expected, the outdoor shower was very nice.. We had a beachfront view which was very enjoyable and were sorry we only stayed for two days.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. We had a bit of ahiccup on the booking since I requested twin beds in my booking(made in April fora September stay) and neither the resort nor the booking website told me this was not possible.Spotless rooms with funky Bali type indoor/outdoor bathrooms. If I could make any suggestions it would be more shelf space or a cupboard to put toilet bags in the bathroom, a small broom for the sand that follows you in,and some tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms(we got a kettle on request but no tea coffee or cups for the room.) Given that hotels at half the daily room rate of this place manage a couple of tea bags, I found this a little disappointing. Very quiet beach, good chill out spot but not the place to go if you want to party.

Hotel with a suberb location. Especially the restaurant right next to the sea is a wonder full way of enjoying breakfast.
The staff are very helpfull and a sense of family atsmosphere arises in this small and cosy hotel.
