We keep returning to this paradise!
The overall impression of the hotel is very good however there is still room to improve. The first room we were checked in had a terrible damp smell and everything we took out from our suitcase got wet. The reception was very helpful and moved us in a different room where you could still smell the dampness but not as severe as the first one. We also heard some other people complaining about the smell in their rooms and dampness. The service was always very good as long as there are only 10-20 people in the restaurant. Whenever the number of the people increased, the staff did not know what to do. They were very disorganized. That is something should be improved if the resort is willing to keep their guests in long term. Food was excellent as well as the location. So quiet and peaceful.
Exelent hotel, but you need to inprove your Homepage. Customer going for exclusive destinations want to knew the layout of rooms and how much that are private.
