The hotel is beautiful in it landscaping and interior. The hotel private beach is quiet but not gd for swimming. Is a good stay for relax and couple.
The staff were very helpful but when we ordered room dervice they did not understand and had to come to the room so we could point at the menu. There was no information about0the hotel in the room eg the numbers to call for room service, spa menu, things to do in the area. The beds were quite hard for a supposed 5* hotel. The breakfast was good.
The service is not impressive. There is no luggage drop off area fOr villa and no staff helps to carry luggage from parking to reception. The towel is very
old and does not look clean. Key cards are broken. No curtain for some window. The hotel Ads looks too nice.
