We stayed in the executive wing and it was amazing! The staff are the friendliest people ever and the cleaners take pride in their work! The pool is awsome and the bar even better! Dont take the negative feedback too seriously because its i bet its the same people that stayed at the hotel and acted rude to the staff that leave the bad comments! Some of the hotel guests have no respect for staff and deserve no respect back! Excellent hotel and the staff are amazing! Will be back without doubt.
Very satisfied with my stay at Platinum Hotel.
I was given a room in the "old" part of the hotel, and the room looked very used, with burn marks from cigarets all over the place. There is nothing wrong with the room, it just look bad. Then the service at the pool area is also very slow, with towls and so on.
