Stayed for 8 long days, and really liked it.
Our Delux room had a pool view. Wouldn’t go for the ones without is as they have no view at all.
Nice, clean, friendly staff, with good understanding of English, only shy to speak back. I think they are now learning Russian, as most of the visitors are Russians. All Pattaya is full of them. Menu is in Russian and English.
Its quite easy to find, just of South Pattaya Road, not far from South Pattaya Big C (shopping mall)
Taxi (big Tuk Tuk) will take you from the bus terminal for 100 bath each to the hotel. We managed to get 4 people for 200 bath, but it was one of the 'drivers' who would do anything to get money of you.
Convenient location, easy to get to Beach road - there is a hotel Tuk tuk bus which goes to Beach road every hour. Or Tuk Tuk Hop and off bus from the main street, cost 10 bath each for tourists, 5 bath for locals. It’s about 10min by bus to Second Pattaya road which is only 2 min walk from the Beach Road.
Breakfast ok, however eating curry & noodles every day for 8 days is not exactly what I like, toast, croissants, fruit, tea & coffee. Don’t expect your tea to be as strong as in England. Bring your own tea bags if you like ur english tea with milk. :)
But over all, really enjoyed staying there. Quiet in the night, off the main road. Don’t be put off by the little road leading to the hotel. Hotel is really nice.
And a good tip, if you need you clothes washed, there is a little laundry place just next the hotel. Really nice lady who will do all your washing and ironing within a day.

Very friendly staff
one of the highlight was free tuk-tuk service which was being offered. But on reaching there we found that tuk-tuk services available every one hour and you are not allowed to wait for this also. Also every additional guest they are charging 500BH even if they have come for 3 hrs. Break fast was same all the three days
