The Hotel is ok for that what you pay! Its really Central. If you need only something to sleep then its good! Cleaness can be better (fresh towel, is already dirty etc.). The Stuff is very unfriendly and rude! That was the point who i said to myself, i wont come anymore to this hotel! Room and everyhing else ok. But the Stuff no! Breakfast is ok!

Soi 10 is completely torn up directly in front of the hotel. The noise from the construction machinery was very disturbing during the day. This hotel should be warning customers about this problem, and should be offering discounts on the room rates.

staff do not understand english, also not co-operative. also thretened us that this is thailand not your contry, instead of guaiding us right things, and we have to pay forcefully some one else liqure bill, so very bad experiance. even travel desk at hotel not giving proper information, security staff is also not co-operative etc....... but will be very carefull next time as hotel is offering less price on their website with free morning breakfast , and this booking cost us 125 BTH higher then hotel that is also without break fast., there are not exact photograph of the rooms which we suppose to get , you must have included those before taking confim payment also should have mention about complete amenities, as your site showing swimming pool, and sea side view room in this hotel but there is no swimming pool and non of the room having sea view
