Hotel staffs to be more receptive, friendly and responsive to guest needs and facilities. First time experienced hotel boys asking for money for carrying bags to rooms.
Nova Logde hotel is a very run down hotel at Pattaya. No proper maintenance and poor environment. If the hotel management could upgrade the hotel facilities and condition, i think with its good location, it would have more return customers.
