Our guests take pleasure in year-round activities and tropical sunshine in Pattaya at the Siam Guest House; with 46 nice and clean rooms. From where we are, just 2 minutes, from the famous Pattaya Beach and we are only a short walk from all local amenities such as shopping malls (Central Mall, Mikes Shopping Mall, and the Royal Garden Plaza); along with international restaurants and the colorful nightlife.
All of our rooms have double beds, air conditioning, fridge, cable TV, en-suite bathrooms with hot showers, and WI-FI. In addition, we have a camera CCTV security system. At the Siam Guest House you can expect quality friendly customer service. Our enjoyable location is in the heart of Pattaya; Thailand

lot of good reviews so I thought let me try this hotel in Soi 11, Pattaya 2nd road. For the price it is the best you could find in & around pattaya. It is Neat & Clean. GF hotel. the best part they treat you as your own family. I would recommend anyone to stay over here ( Budget travellers, Singles, Backpackers ) If you got the money lets say 1100BHT+ then this not the place to stay for couples.
My stay at the siam guest house was not a pleasant stay. On saturday 10th of september due to the weather conditions in pattaya my apartment was flooded , when i got back to the room it was unfit to stay in and there was no other rooms available , therefore i had to find alternative accomadation. When I returned to the apartment on sunday , i was informed by the staff that i would have check out as they could not clear the water. When i asked for a refund (as i was asked to pay for the room up front) there was to be no refund. Due to this I would never return to this guest house and I will advice others not to also.
Really freindly staff. Room cleaned daily even when we got up late. 24 hour reception.
