Very poor service. No light in toilet, doors problem, telephone not working.
Now in every room telephone are not in condition. At Bath room, one of our booked room their is no water.
The staff are rude and try to make cutsomers look like fools when they are answering questions. And there are far to many guests from Russia. Siam Sawasdee are now a "russian" hotel.
