we reserved twin room but when we arrived in there was no any twin room

Hotel is situated 5 minutes from Pattaya beach and 10 to 15 minutes from walking street, which makes easier to hang around the place. But Hotel have very limited choices of breakfast. Hotel staff do not entertain Asian tourists. They do not have wi-fi and do not have private room for internet cafe. Internet connection is also slow. Hotel staff do not entertain or give respect or do not give good services and do not reserve good room for those who book hotel online.
This is good hotel.Was worth this money.
