Location is very good. You can walk to seashore, restaurants and the walking road in 5 minutes. Rooms and environment not clean. Many of the people in the hotel does not speak english.
Royal Palace Hotel in Pattaya is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, and I stayed at many.. You get a lot for the price, and the location is perfect.. But the best part is the nice people working there, and the service. And the food is great to. Special the breakfast! I will allways come back to Royal Palace Hotel Pattaya...
