The guests of this hotel are mostly Thai (travel groups) and Russian (families). The hotel does not provoide basic informationt to their guests.
The hotel restaurant and the restaurants in the area around are below standard. There is no good supermarket near the hoel. You can not rent a motorcycle at the hotel. The Shuttle bus to pattaya goes (seldom or not at all).
The place is too far off from pattaya and it is difficult to get a cheap transportation.
