Check In Procedure was awful and the room was not ready at 18.00 o`clock. They don`t accept Creditcards and need a Keydeposit. The Keydeposit is only sold back if the guest is able to show the own receipt he`s getting in the checkin procedure.
They confirmed a Doublebed and give only two singlebeds with different heights.
Without the Bellboy nobody wants to give any service and at the Reception only one from three woman is able to speak and understand english.
