It was to be a superior bungalow but if it was on the Australian star rating (which I was envolved with 6 four star inspections) the bungalow wold not have got more than 2 stars. We even had a mouse in our bungalow. The pool area was excellent and other facilaties very good. Staff helpful and cleaners did a good job but they couldn't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear as the saying goes.
First off the room I booked was not available so they moved us into a cabin which was not what I wanted. When we booked in there were no towels so I went to the front desks and asked for towels which they said they would get. After going out for a few hours and returning still know towels. My wife who is Thai phoned and requested towels, again they said they would send some. After another hour still no towels so I went to the front desk and again requested some towels. Again after 1/2 hour. still knnow towels so I found a pool-boy near the pool who helped us out and brought us some towels. Also for the two days we were there they never swepted our cabin enterance which was covered in leafs and clippings. Very poor servive. Will not book or recommend this hotel.
Excellent reception staff, made good effort with personal touch and excellent housekeeping staff. Always greeted by staff each day.
