Nice location close to beach, and tucked away and quiet. Free tuktuk service to and from the hotel to the main road, so it made shopping and so on easy, but also a pleasant 3-4 minute walk if you prefer walking to the main road. The only draw back was that while I was there, they were refurbishing the restaurant, so for breakfast each day I had to walk to the hotel next door.
i read some not so good reviews here but do not know which hotel they stayed at as we found this hotel to be excellent and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting pattaya
The room cleaning is not the best. The hotel is full in hand of Russian peoples who are very loud in the night. The hotel is not what you are expecting of a Best Western hotel anymore.
