We were disappointed with poor service. Thailand is known for exceptional service, but there were several people who didn't speak English and were unfriendly. Also, it appeared as though wi-fi would be included with our room cost by the way it was written. Why is it that the more you pay for a hotel, the less items are included????
Excellent service, adequate staff despite hotel being full, english speaking staff, great breakfast buffet with true continental menu, and room and facilities were top notch.
Rooms were very nice, but the facilities were limited. The service overall was very poor - doubt we would return.
