I think you should remove this hotel on ur site its becoz people our not well trained,they cant speak or understand english and some of the staff are rude.
General impression of the hotel is good. HUGE with 5 great pools of various shapes & sizes. The only UNFORTUNATE thing is the LACK OF GOOD & RELIABLE food outlets. We ate at 3 different outlets in the hotel & were dissapointed each time!
The excellent hotel, may be 20 kms away from Pattaya Beach and requires 20 minutes to go to Pattaya Beach / Market. But this Hotel has its own private beach and have 3 big swimming pools. Very Good Hotel with multiple facilities and excellent Restaurant and Room Service, round the clock.
