very old......not just old but terrible.....Patched carpet.....very dirty apperance....Not one item in breakfast buffet was hot...not one...and i had breakfast buffet at 6 a.m. started at 6.....and they tried to add 400 baht to the end bill for no reason....my paperwork stated 525 baht deposit already paid...and said due to hotel 3600 baht....at checkout they said balance 4000 baht......after stating no i dont owe that and showed reservation paperwork.....took 15 minuites to come back and say ok 3600 baht....when asked why they said 4000...no one could answer where they came up with that number..

Good price for hotel in the heart of Jomtien, big swimmingspool and great breakfast. Friendly staff, room looks like a little old but in general nice place to stay

On arrivel notis bad smell right away ,all throgh the hotel , we could only stay one night because it made us sick.Do not go to this hotel if you want to stay in good helf. very old rooms. Bathroom ugly.only have 4 star because selfratet.I will give this hotel2.5 and that is only because the breakfest buffe was good.You pay for loction only.I recoment pay a litel bit moor an stay at the Avalon beach resort,this resort gives you everything,perfect rooms,and the staff ! from frontdesk to maid to waiter to bellboy helpfull and smilling all the time.Best value for money.Check it out if you want an experience for a life time.Michael L Nielsen Denmark
