There was no tea or coffee facilites in the room, no safe in the room either. The breakfast was quite good except the hot tea tasted like coffee. We had no direct lift to our floor, we had to walk the last level up by the stairs, good for exercise but we expected better from a 4 star hotel. The location is good, the view was excellent but we have stayed in better value hotels in Pattaya.
The location was great, staff very helpful and friendly, and an excellant breakfast was served each morning...
