The hotel staff were very helpful, kind and patient with us. They helped the children feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. I believe they went above and beyond having the staff come to the room to check things and they stayed or followed up every request. Their english was very good and they knew how to work out transport and other stressful problems for a mum travelling with little kids. I would stay there again because of the staff but Pattaya is not the most fantastic place for children.

A nice hotel that's well located yet a little quieter than some. Reasonable value for the price, but the rooms are showing their age and are not top value for the cost. Housekeeping staff are excellent and room-service is prompt and friendly, however front desk staff are not very approachable even though competent at what they do. Generally, worth a stay for the overall standard of facilities in a quieter part of town, but a little overpriced and in need of better maintenance in the rooms.
