Bella Express is one of a nice and budget hotel in the great location where is close to the shopping centre, just only 5-10 Mins walks to Central Festival Pattaya. Free Unlimited WiFi in room and all the hotel and it is usable.
INSPITE OF ME CHECKING OUT A DAY EARLY..THE HOTEL CHARGED ME 100 BHAT FOR A PILLIOW COVER..WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY BAD...I HATE THS HOTEL...FORM THE STAFF TO THE LOCATION TO EVERYTHING..THIS HOTEL IS PATHETIC
