The Lampang River Lodge consists of 60 beautifully decorated Thai style bungalows located 6 km. south of Lampang, on the bank of the Wang River, in beautiful natural surroundings. All rooms are air-conditioned and there is a main restaurant where dinner and breakfast are served as well as the Sala Sunset riverside cocktails area.

It was in beautiful garden/lake settings with a lovely pool, however it was quite a distance from the main part of the city and on the other side of the city from the elephant hospital. We did not find it easy to work out how to get around. The security man on the gate was excellent with his assitance to us.
