Railay Princess Resort and Spa, It's one of the more luxurious resorts on Railey Beach. Despite my aversion to all new development on Railey, I have to admit they have done a nice job on this place. Built on a thin sliver of land in the middle of the peninsular, the aspect is surprisingly pleasing. All rooms look out onto the pool, pond and the jungle beyond. Limestone cliffs rising out of the jungle complete the picture.

Railay Princess Resort and Spa is 59 rooms resort with two room categories,four building.
- Superior room : 33 rooms the room has privacy terrace and great garden view
and mountain view, It is fully equipped with hot/cold shower, mini-bar, satellite TV
and individual air-condition.
- Deluxe room : 26 rooms, A comfortable and spacey room with privacy terrace overlooking the hotel swimming pool and garden view, the room equipped with hot
/cold shower, mini-bar, satellite TV, coffee maker, hair-dryer, bath-robe, slippers,
in room safe deposit-box and individual air condition.
NOTICE:
The construction work at the neighbor hotel which directly in front of Railay Princess Resort, supposed to be finished at the end of April 2011. There is some humble and medium noise occurred during working day.

Clean rooms, nice pool, friendly staff. Kind of worn out rooms
Staff were polite if not over friendly. Hotel was dated and there was often the pervasive smell of sewage especially strong when it rained. The pool was small and the water clean but the pool furniture was old and in poor repair. The rooms were especially dated and there were only two electric plugs in the bedroom area, one already used for the TV. There was no electricity source in the bathroom for toothbrush or razor. The bed was large, clean and comfortable however the pillows were hard and very deep. Food at this hotel was OK but sadly they offered the standard wet pressed ham slices and wet frankfurter type sausages at breakfast. One very annoying dailuy occurence was the cleaning staff yelling at one another at around 0630 - 0700 each morning. I heard a number of guests shouting at them to quieten down. I forgot to make a direct complaint to the management about this before I left. Overall, a fairly reasonable place to stay for the amount paid. I dont think I would stay there again.
The Hotel is nice, although the rooms a bit old but comfortable. The location is good, pretty close to all the beaches and the staff is very friendly. Good value for money so I would reccommend to anybody who wants to stay at the beatiful Railay.
