Location is good, however the staff is not service oriented. Air-conditioning not working (imagine the heat in Thailand), room in bad ocndition nothing like showed on the website photos
The staff is very unpolite, the service not existent and the rooms are untidy and not very clean. Our highlight were roaches in the room and that I had to buy my own toilet roll, because the staff wasn't able to provide us with any.
Beautiful view! Big rooms and a nice pool. Only negative was that you have to go to a hotel nearby to have breakfast.
