Dirty rooms with lots of cockroaches. Sun lounger at pool all defect. No towels for the pool availabe. No parasols or sunshade in pool area.
Promised shuttle from Krabi to hotel did not arrive. We asked via telephone at the reception for the shuttle but we only got the information that no shuttle availabe. Howdy Relaxiing Hotel was the only bad experince in Thailand during our 3 weeks vacation.

Rooms were nice and clean, free wifi and hot shower. Location was terrible! Can't walk anywhere even to eat, which wouldn't be so bad except the fact that there are no taxis or tuk tuks in the area. Hotel will call you a cab, but I cost us 400 baht for taxi just to go get food! There is a bus but front desk was unable to communicate or provide any information on when or where it picks up. Only stay here if you have rented a car/scooter or else you'll be trapped!
