The Lotus, which grows from the depths of water to above the surface, seems to bring a tremendous hidden vitality out of nowhere.
The resort takes not only its name, but also the characteristics inspired by the sacred flower.
The design of the resort is based on the petals and leaves of the Lotus, which have unusual shapes.
You can always tell when parts of the Lotus are being depicted whether it has been stretched, pressed flat or molded into a square.

Very nice accomodations from the welcome area to the restaurant, pool and bar...and obviously room. Imagine to find an "outside bath" in a little private terrace with flower on the water...
This might have been a good hotel once upon a time, but it is pretty run down now. The room was ok and so were the pools and the fitness facilities, but the whole place needs a complete facelift. Also the staff were friendly but did not make any extra effort. Most of them spoke VERY POOR ENGLISH which made it very difficult to get what you wanted (room service etc).
Bad service. Hotel rooms are far from the beach. Not enough sunbeds for all the guests. Not wel kept. Nice design, but not god maintainance
