staff should speak a better English
no phone in the room at this price range not acceptable
not enough towels in the beginning, only upon complaint
The staff was not friendly. Speccily the man in the resception. He didnīt answer you question and didnīt look att you.
The staff in the resturant were not intressted in you and didnīt want to serve you.
This is not what we are use to in Thailand
