95 % of hotlel guest were Startour guest, mostly swedish families with a lot of children. The pool area was completely occupied by these families. Also a lot guides entertaining with watergames, football etc. - very noisy.
Not what you would expect from a five star hotel !

4.5
We stayed at Cha-Da, Koh Lanta for five nights. The hotel location is excellent, and we found the rooms and facilites to be very good. The aspects that we did not like were charges for items that really should be included. As a frequent traveller, I have never before encountered a hotel that charges tea and coffee sachets, as minibar items, and the internet charges were expensive (as opposed to complemetary at the other five hotels that we stayed in during our month long holiday).
