very inpersonal contact at reception; breakfast and ambiente there very nice; i am still upset about the fact that I had to pay 50% for early leaving because of unbearable noise. had expected more from you (insurance for such cases on your side ...) . pict
Wir hatten ein delux Zimmer, als wir das Zimmer bezogen, waren mehrere Schalen mit irgend einem Grünzeug gefüllt , welches einen üblen Geruch versprühte. Wir verbannten die Schalen vor die Bungalowtür, was aber nicht viel brachte, denn der Geruch war in den zwei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts nicht weg zu bekommen. das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Poolanlage und Gaten machten einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck.
Will recommend the hotel and Lanta for friends/others !
