No TV program in English, no in room phone. Too many mosquitoes at dining area. While dining, mosquitoes are also feasting on us. As kitchen only opens at 7 am, guest leaving on early flight eg at 0630 hrs because of transfers pickup, will not have their breakfast served. This is definitely a minus point. Lucky for us our pickup was at 7.30 hrs and therefore manged to grab our breakfast. However I witness a guest who had to leave at 7 am was not served breakfast as your kitchen is still closed. What a pity.
Great hotel with friendly staff, good place for relaxation and fabulous facilites along this beach. Great base to see Koh Lanta Island.
While the bungalow was attractive and had character, the lighting was so poor it was difficult to see, let alone read at night. Calling it "bay front" was an exaggeration and the staff was less than charming (except for the restaurant staff). No beach chairs for the beach. We did not feel it was worth the tariff.
