I'm very disappointed about our arrival in the hotel, the room we had booked on your site was not the one we had... There was no bathstub but a shower(with no hot water...). The room was smaller than the other ones and too closed from the swimming pool. All people sitted at the restaurant had the view on our terrace !!! The manager of the hotel said that it was "LATESTAYS" fault ! I don't know who's fault it is but it is not convinient to be tretad like that after a 16 hours bus and ferry journey.
