We had three days nightmare in this hotel. The hotel area is clean and beautiful. The pool service is good and there is enough sunbeds. They fixed the broken safetybox immetediately and took the gekko out of out room. The personnel is frendly, but scared of mistakes, and sometimes unable to find Solutions. In three days too many things went wrong, some because of the mistakes of hotel personnel, some because of the rude behaviour of other quests. The best that this hotel could offer to us, vas the transportation to an other hotel.
Well, all I can say is Sheraton (Krabi) is a very nice place to spend our holidays. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. From housekeeping to morning breakfast, fitness programs (stretch & abs, yoga), kayaking, transportation services and Christmas Eve PINK Party !, it was all done professionally and to the full satisfaction of the in-house guests. I could see the efforts of all chefs to ensure guests enjoyed the buffet spread. It was pleasing & food tastes good ! :). And not forgetting the beautiful green scenery ! Nice ! And I will definitely be back for more :) Thank you Sheraton. It was a good closing to the year. Cheers and thank you all staff @ Sheraton Krabi.
Hotel property is fantastic, lots of space and great for kids. Pools are excellent. Beach is nothing special, but boat ride to pristine islands not far.
