I have no problem with the booking process at all, but I was actually very disappointed with the accomodation provided and would not stay at this hotel again. There is only one L suite at the resort and that is what we selected and it was very expensive. The high cost of the room was not justified as there was an awful stink coming up through the bathroom drain which went right through the suite for the whole two days we were there which made it a very unpleasant stay and spoiled the last two days of our holiday.
I complained to the front desk about this and they said they would pass my comments to the management and see about refunding some of the money we spent....I have heard nothing back from them. There is also a drain at the entrance to the hotel and you are greeted with this awful sewer smell as soon as you step out of the taxi and this smell goes through the lobby as well.
I also called the hotel before arrival to ask if there was a DVD player in all of the rooms and I was told there was. This was not true as there was only a DVD player in the living area.
If the hotel was to refund some of the money to me it would help to put some of my disappointment to rest but I don't expect I will hear anything. I and my family are generally very disillusioned with this.

Stayed at the hotel for a week in December and was very much disappointed. The hotel was one big construction site. The lobby was only half completed and when walking to the room it didn't get much better.

The brick path was breaking apart at sides. We had climb steps fit for giants. Rain drainage holes the size of my leg opened up right next to the path.

The room was on the second floor, a newly refurbished room, big enough and clean. But someone must have thought that putting in al sorts of gadgets would make the stay more pleasant. The light switches are those modern programmable switches...and you play lottery to find out what they turn on or off the next time you use them.

The restaurant serves the same food every day, breakfast lunch and dinner. It is designed to look like a cave and that's what it feels like, dark and dusty. Using LED spot lights your so brightly light that you have to use sun glasses or - when you bent forward to actually take a bite - completely in the dark from your own shadow.
They serve Brazilian style BBQ, beef and chicken. The beef was fit for a shoe sole, long overcooked, probably due to the fact that there were almost no guests.

The pool was redone and looked nice, but unusable because it was still worked on. The pool bar was still under heavy construction and they used the pool deck as store room for their building materials.

The staff was generally friendly but very uncoordinated. Even in some of the small and cheap 3 star hotels they remember you and your preferences at breakfast but not here.

Maybe in a few months the hotel will all be ready and nice and clean, but until then it is a shame that they charge you top dollar for an unfinished product. I've been in Krabi many times in a broad variety of hotels. This one is not one I'm going back too. Gadgets, IPads and fancy touch panels on the side of the bed don't make a stay pleasant or luxurious, especially when they don't work
