Suite that I booked was not available and they tried to put me in another normal room at another partner hotel. They could not solve the problem and I called Asia Web Direct to take care of the problem because they did not want to help me at all. After all a VERY BAD SERVICE from this hotel!!!!
Service standards have dropped. Disappointed.
Free shuttle buss to beach and back. Good service,
