We found the cleanliness, staff friendless, and facilities of top quality. The location suited us fine. Easily accessible, but quiet. Although we are older we found that this hotel is also ideal for young families. We were most impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone wanting to visit Krabi.
Small hotel occupying small plot. Few trees and no greenery. The pool area is tiny and because of the modernist design using lots of concrete, it becomes very hot. Most of the staff do not speak english here. Decent spa which offered very good services.
The hotel was new and the staff were very friendly. Only setback is the long walk to the hotel.
