Good hotel. No problems. Nice spacious, clean rooms. Good location.
We stayed in a bungalow at the rear of the resort which was nice and quiet considering the renovation work going on out the front. The bungalow was dark and musty. It was ok for sleeping but horrible to be in during the day so we moved to another hotel after 2 nights even though we had another 3 nights to stay in Ao Nang. If you are into shopping and night life the location of this hotel is great. The staff were pleasant and friendly.
Property was nice - lots of construction going on for improvements. Good location - easy to walk around. Front desk a bit unorganized. Charged my credit card when I arrived AND when I checked out.
