Excellent, every time would book again

Hotel looks in good condition, De luxe rooms good size, everything you need included, air con good, beds good, pillows hard and small not international deluxe, which was irritating but didnt spoil the total room experience. All room, pool bar and outside staff are very nice and good quality. Restuarant staff very unpleasant,unhelpful, seems as though someone has kicked any life and humour out of them, never heard one speak except in the negative. Breakfast and the one paid evening meal taken was good quality but spoiled by the surly staff. We paid for 8 breakfasts and did not receive the 0545 leaving one due to the surly and incompetant staff but was harrassed to pay for it. Shame really, we enjoyed the whole experience and would still recommend the hotel despite the Basil Fawlty type restaurant staff lack of courtesy,training and language skills.
