Was persuaded by the good reviews on Tripadvisor and the special package that threw in the round trip airport transfer. Location: At one end of Ao Nang beach. Very walkable to town. The whole stretch of shops along Ao Nang can be covered in 20 mins by foot. Room was big and spacious. Buffet breakfast was standard asian-american breakfast fare ( fried rice, noodles, french toast, pancake, wanton, sausages, ham, eggs, omelette, fruits, salad, juices)

Staff were not friendly and VERY unaccommodating - very unlike the Thai hospitality one expects. The room needs upgrading - musky smell & old. Breakfast buffet needs more variety - after 3 days one is sick of the same food!
Hotel condition is very nice for vacation. Strongly recommended
