Ive been to a lot of fancy hotels, but never have I received such excellent personal service. The lady, Hong, sorted out everything for us - our tours, our transport, and even bookings at other hotels. We literally didnt need to lift a finger! Will definitely return merely for the service, and for a friend we made.
