I have had good and bad experience.
Good - Breakfast spread was great. Keep it up but change the variety. Staff pleasant and helpful. Nice location, although a bit inconvenient. Nice and beautiful rooms although condition a bit old and needs up keeping or renovation.
Bad - Ferry to pier should be more frequent. Breakfast - bacon badly done as too dry. Milk for cereal not cold. Our island hoping trip was cancel because the catamaran was not available. It was a let down as we were looking forward to the trip. The staff did get us on to another trip run by public operator. Lastly, on the day of checkout, the staff left my luggage behind we were almost late catching our flight as we have to wait at the mainland for the luggage to found and delivered to us by long tail boat.

Centara Grand is a beautiful resort which offers a unique experience for holiday in Krabi. The complimentary speed boat access to Nopparat Thara Pier allows all the guests easy access to other parts of Krabi as well. Centara Grand is a destination by itself with full hotel services and high quality F&B facilities to keep you well served during the stay. Great unobtrusive yet attentive services that make the stay a memorable and wonderful one!
