I select this hotel becuase of Brand and location + the reasonable rate as they promotion for new opening. Hotel itself is OK , room design and cleanliness OK, but some details in room as 4 stars ranking is missing such as Fruit Basket, Bathrob, Slipper, Beach Bag that they not service in the room.
Excellent hotel. Central and still quiet location. Very good facility with swimming pool. Spcious rooms and excellent breakfast.
The rooms booked were not available upon check in until the evening. Complimentary dinner in the restaurant was offered as compensation, although we were then told we could only order a limited selection of inexpensive menu items. Better to simply offer dinner with a cap on spending in future but gesture was appreciated anyway. I'd still go back and stay there again as everything else was good.
