Nice and dedicated team to the client needs. Nice people they try to make our trip good and provided lots of good information and help in every sectors (reservation for the train...) Super
We loved staying at Bens Guest house, friendly staff, clean room, we were very impressed with the fact that they upgraded our room for the same price from a standard room to a superior with a balcony. We could sit on the balcony and watched the rain. We loved it so much especially the special rate, that we spend another 10 day, unfortunately this time we did not have a balcony.
A conveniently located hotel - unpretentious with few frills but appears to be well managed with friendly helpful staff. Good value - I would stay there again.
