WOW!!! Enjoyed my experience at the hotel everything about the place was comendable. All the staff always had a smile on there face and willing to help you when needed.If you had a issue it was fixed straight away regardless of the time. There is a few high rise hotels around but never felt that privacy was a issue I will return again.
The hotel is in general in a good condition. No signs of any construction sites.
But:
- The services and the knowledge of the english language need more improvment.
People are friendly but some are just incapable of helping you
There are people working at the reception that were not capable of talking english.
The checkout procedure took us more than 1h (!)
To get assistance in rooms, took us up to 3 attemps
- Breakfast buffet is big but not very tasty
- For the paid price - we expected more
But:
