the air condition unit was making a loads of noise, we complaint upon arrival, they never bordered to have a look or repair, credit card machine was not working for 2 days, breakfast very poor
To take nothing away from Cozy Place, I would definately not stay tere for the price I paid. We went from Christmas day to the 30th and the only reason I booked was because everything else seemed to be full. That was definately not the case, there was an abundance of alternative accommodation which was better quality and for much less. Cozy place would be a fine budget place to stay for less than 1000 Baht per night but is definately not worth more. There is no pool and the pool you can use at another hotel is a LONG way away. The hotel is not well located. I would recommend booking something closer to the beach or finding accomodation upon arrival.
I have very happy experience at this hotel, boss is very nice boy. He gave me many helpful information about tourism & food. Room very clean and location is very convinent to find food. I will come again next time.
