We arrived in the hotel at around lunch time, we checked in and received our welcome drinks and the staffs assisted us in going to our room but found out its not ready yet. There"s only 1 elevator w/c is quite stuffy, better if they will put some air freshener and noticed a lot of mosquito especially inside the toilet in the lobby area. breakfast is so simple i expected atleast a full american buffet w/c become more not so appetizing bec the cafeteria sits beside a creek w/c really stinx. Rooms are not sound proof that u can hear the next door guest talking and opening their doors, doors w/c by the way got a peep hole that only 6 feet man can see(too high). Well atleast the staffs are approacheable though they're not really good in english. I hope the management will take action on some of our feedbacks.....
Very friendly staff and a nice hotel. Very good breakfast.
