Nice staff, good breakfast, nice room, good massage.

STAFF: Some of the hotel reception staff were unfriendly which is unusual in Thailand. In particular, the girl on the front desk who's name is MILLY was very unfriendly, never smiles when you asked her a question, she just sort looks you up and down. Each time without fail when she was on the desk, I was ignored when I came to ask for anything, she would always leave me waiting there for a long time even though she had seen, even when I said hello, she just looked me up and down. She generally acts like she doesn't want to help anyone, she is RUDE, and has no customer service skills at all, and is letting the rest of the staff down with her attitude. Everyone one else was nice.

THE FOOD: On the first day I had the breakfast buffet, never again. I asked for 2 hard boiled eggs (which was on the menu) when the eggs arrived they were so soft that even the white of the egg was liquid and runny. I sent the eggs back to the Kitchen and said that I asked for HARD BOILED eggs, the Chef brought me two more eggs, again, when tried to peeled the eggs they were completely raw uncooked with even the white still liquid . When I complained again, the restaurant staff just laughed and gave me the bill. I can't believe they still expected me to pay for that crap without even attempting to rectifying the problem. I was in a restaurant asking for the most simple thing on their menu, I have never before heard of a Chef that cannot even hard boil an egg!! The selection of fresh fruit on display which I would have chosen was covered by some sort of plastic see through lid with a finger hole in the middle of it, which allowed the flies inside to crawl all over the fruit. There were a couple of other things in the hot buffet selection which looked OK like stir fried vegetables and grilled tomatoes.

SERVICES: It's not good business for this Hotel to not throw in the internet usage free to their guests. They charge 100 baht per hour to use their old dusty and very slow computers with sticky keyboards which I did not like touching because they looked like they have never been cleaned. There are 3 computers located on the ground floor, if you use them make sure that you take your mosquito spray because there are so many in this computer area. A good tip is to walk about 20 yards down the road to a Hotel called "Red Ginger Resort" get yourself a drink from their very nice and trendy bar and even though I was not a guest at their hotel they allowed me unlimited access to their snazzy brand new computers FREE OF CHARGE, even printing was free. This is good business sense from Red Ginger because they were so kind and helpful I will stay with them next time and tell others to stay there instead.

AREA: There is a building site next door to the hotel which I believe will be finished in October 2011. But for now you will have to put up with the noise from 8am - 11pm.

THE ROOMS: The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, exactly like the web photo's. There was wood worm problem on the door frame in my room (402) which left a pile of dust every day, but it didn't bother me that much it was swept up every day by the housekeeper. Nice big balcony which chairs and a table.

THE POOL: Very nice
