White Sand Beach average

It is very sad to say, but I have never seen White Sand Beach as a garbage dump!!! Plastic and rubbish floating in the sea. The Beach is loaded with cigaretbuts, broken glas,plasticbags!!What makes me so upset is, that nobody cares. Explantation from hotelmanagement, because of too much rain the garbage gos in to the water.
In fact, the best place in Koh Chang. But if you will compare with any hotel in Bangkok or Pattaya, it is quite pricey and not so good. Have tried Villa deluxe and not satisfied with bathroom at all, air on
