When we arrived to Amari we did not get the room we paid for. When I told the girl in the frontdesk, she called somebody for at least ten minutes. Then she decided to get us the room we paid for. But we had to wait until late evening because no one had the time to clean it. The fruitbasket on arrival did not show until the last evening, even if I asked for it 3 times, the days before. The room was very dusty and they didi not remove the toothpaste on the mirror from the guest before us, during our stay. I get the feeling that the staff behind the frontdesk was not interested of of us, though he always blamed the everything on the peak season. I`m not sure I will go back to Amari, because Koh Chang offer better 5 star hotels than this. For exmeple Mercure.
Really loud caraoke from the next hotels. To have a private dinner was not possible, only, if you like crying Thai-people ... The hotel is a bit outsice, so I missed a complimentary shuttle bus to the town (white sand beach).

Very nice hotels. Some staff very bad at English. Bugs in the room. Left postcards in the reception for staff to post.. Hasnt arrived yet, very bad.
Pool and facilities are excellent! Staff friendly. Breakfast delicious!
